Jindal Initiative on Research in IP and Competition (JIRICO)
As a think-tank based in OP Jindal Global University, JIRICO engages in inter-disciplinary and high impact work at the interface of intellectual property and competition. JIRICO involves IP law, competition law, economics, and business to inform policies that can lead to prosperity of our societies. We focus on global developments, with a special emphasis on the Indian policy environment, which can inform stakeholders about relevant issues in this niche area. Apart from the cutting-edge research, we provide a platform to facilitate dialogue amongst industry partners, policy makers, regulators, practitioners and academicians in the form of international conferences, consultation workshops, moot court competitions, round table discussions and seminars.
